1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace or using Velo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Workspace admins are responsible for managing team member access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Velo to store or transmit malware, send spam, violate any applicable law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Data ownership
You retain all rights to the data you create in Velo. We do not claim ownership of your projects, issues, or files. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your data as needed to provide the service.
5. Payment terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via [CUSTOMISE: your payment processor]. Prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
6. Service availability
We target 99.97% uptime. Planned maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. Enterprise plans include an SLA with financial credits for downtime exceeding the guarantee.
7. Limitation of liability
Velo is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
